Christine's Personally Yours - Introduction

I created this section to place things important to me that I'd like to share with others, fun and cool and personal things and things that didn't seem to fit elsewhere on this site. Like my site's other major sections use the menu links to left to zip around between the various subjects and the HOMEPAGE link to take you to the main site page. And if you get lost there's the Navigation Help button to assist you.

These pages hold the things dearest to me: my kitties, Music, Movies, Books and spirituality. These all bring joy, peace and serenity to my life, and I'd like to share with you what I've found along my journey worth mentioning. Those who love Rock guitar will find the Music page especially interesting (it autoplays a nine second riff, so check your speaker volume). I've barely scratched the surface with movies here. Even before I earned a credential in Feature Film screenplay writing from UCLA Extension, I was something of a film geekette, and I plan to keep building on the Movies & TV pages as time permits. Other writers and film buffs may want to keep checking those pages every few months.

Then there are my cats. I agree with Albert Schweitzer when he said, "there are two means of refuge from the miseries of life: music and cats," and also with French novelist Colette who observed, "time spent with cats is never wasted." My two boys, Mindle and Charlie, have given me endless hours of love and joy, and helped me through the hell of Interferon chemotherapy. For those reasons alone they merit their own page here. Remember: "People who hate cats will come back as mice in their next life."

Also there's a section for my essays on sexwork, sex and other rebellious acts against the puritanical forces that oppose civil and human rights and freedoms. Having been a prostitute, a phonesex operator and dabbler elsewhere in the adult industry in addition to my former sexworker activism, especially in the 1990s I have a lot to say on the topic. Finally, there is my writing on spirituality, which I effortlessly reconcile with my libertarian social beliefs about sex, sexwork and other hot button topics.
